A tripartite agreement was signed between the administrations of Blagoveshchensky district, Ivanovsky district and the municipal enterprise "Municipal Center for International Cooperation" on the development of the "Priamurskaya" ASEZ. This agreement will enable to unite the efforts for promoting the advantages of the advanced special economic zones among potential investors, including investors from abroad, as well as for assisting the investors in preparing the documentation and granting necessary for obtaining the status of a resident of the "Priamurskaya" ASEZ.
“As the "Priamurskaya" ASEZ will be located on the territory of Blagoveshchensky and Ivanovsky districts, it will be easier for us to interact. Jointly we will be able to attract more investors, as well as to get more opportunities for the development. First of all, I would like to pay more attention to the eco-tourism, and to the acceleration of agriculture development”, – said the head of the Ivanovsky district Vladimir Kondratiev.
Since 2013, the municipal enterprise "Municipal Center for International Cooperation" has been engaged in establishing international economic cooperation. There is extensive experience in providing legal and advisory assistance to foreign business partners in the search for investment projects in Blagoveshchensk city and the Amur Region.
“To date, the economic relations have been established and a wide range of agreements have been signed between the Blagoveshchensk Municipal Center for International Cooperation and various business structures in China and Russia, the Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the free economic zones of China, and the National Tourism Organization of Korea. Thus, favorable conditions have been created for the development of investment activities,” – noticed the chairman of the budget, finance and taxes committee of the Blagoveshchensk city council, Maxim Nozhenkin.
