In October 2016, 50 young entrepreneurs from the Amur Region completed a training course in Internet business, which lasted one week. Free training for Russian citizens was organized by the "Internet +" company, established in Heihe in March of this year. Before mainly Chinese citizens were engaged in such courses, this group became the first one involving only Russians.

Here should be reminded that on the 3d of September the municipal enterprise "Municipal Center for International Cooperation" organized the First Amur export forum where the "Internet +" company had the opportunity to present before entrepreneurs from the Amur region. The upcoming training course was announced at this forum. The participants from the Amur region were selected by the "Vybor" youth center. All the travel expenses and accommodation in Heihe were self-paid for the Russian entrepreneurs but the cost of training was assumed by the Chinese side. The participants also received full assistance in getting Chinese sim cards and local bank cards, besides they were informed by experts about the ways to open business on Chinese Internet sites, such as Alibaba, Taobao and others. Many students also created accounts in WeChat, the Chinese instant messenger; with the help of which they would be able to organize their own sales or service promotions. The group also visited the Sino-Russian Business Cooperation Center, the industrial park and exhibition center, all form part of the "Internet +" center.

Head of the "Internet +" center Xiao Yin noted that for the Amur residents this center should become a place like another home where they are always welcome. "We provide both Chinese and Russian entrepreneurs with working offices, conference rooms, computers and office equipment, warehouse and office space, all free of charge. We are happy to help all those who are seeking recourse "she said.

After the training was completed, the Amur citizens received certificates. They filled out questionnaires with their ideas and suggestions on improving the following courses, which also will be carried out by the Chinese side.
